From th very first point your phone staff were very helpful and understanding. I booked an appointment at 8:00am and the service person was there at 8:02am I was not there for the appointment as its at my dads, so I wrote down everything he needed help with and the service person connected Netflix back to the internet. He then showed dad how to use everything again (dad is suffering from short term memory loss. Would recommend this company always. Love your work!
