5 out of five. Sam is fantastic! He is friendly, helpful and he kept in touch with me when he was updating both my computer and laptop. He also understood that I am not entirely conversant with the workings of computers and showed extraordinary patience in explaining to me what needed to be done. I just can't thank him enough for all his great care and consideration.
